FAQ
1. Which file formats do you provide?
I deliver DST, PES, EMB, EXP, JEF, XXX and more. Tell me your machine brand (Tajima, Brother, Barudan, etc.) when ordering and I will send the right format.
2. What artwork do I need to send?
Send your logo as JPG, PNG, PDF or AI. A clear, high-resolution image works best. If your image is low quality, I can redraw it so the stitching stays sharp.
3. Do I need to tell you the size and placement?
Yes. Please share the width and height in inches or mm, plus the placement (cap front, left chest, jacket back, etc.) and the fabric. This helps me set the correct density and stitch settings.
4. Can you digitize small text?
Yes, but very small text has limits. As a general rule, letters should be at least 5 to 6 mm tall to stay readable. If your text is smaller, I will suggest the best size before starting.
5. Do you offer 3D puff and applique?
Yes. I digitize 3D puff for caps, applique designs and custom patches. Choose the Premium package or message me before ordering.
6. Will I get a preview before the final files?
Yes. I provide a stitch-out mockup so you can see how the finished design will look. If something needs changing, I revise it until it sews correctly.
7. How fast is delivery?
Most simple designs are delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Rush delivery is available for urgent orders.
