FAQ 1: Do you offer product image manipulation?
No. This Gig is focused on product photo editing and enhancement. I do not offer complex image manipulation, such as placing products into stock/lifestyle scenes or creating advanced composites.
FAQ 2: Can you change the color of my product?
Yes, when appropriate. I can make basic product color adjustments as part of the editing process. Please contact me first if the requested color change is extensive or requires complex manipulation.
FAQ 3: Can you create product mockups?
No. Mockup creation and product placement into stock or lifestyle scenes are outside the scope of this Gig.
FAQ 4: Do you provide the source file?
Yes. A layered Photoshop PSD source file can be purchased as an extra when applicable. Please note that a source file is only available when the editing work is created in Photoshop with editable layers.
FAQ 5: Can you edit more than 10 images?
Yes. If you have a larger batch, please contact me before ordering so we can determine the best way to handle the additional images and turnaround time.
FAQ 6: Do you provide unlimited revisions?
No. The package includes 2 revisions. Additional revisions can be purchased as an extra. Revisions apply to adjustments to the original editing request and do not include completely new editing requirements.
FAQ 7: Do you create vector graphics or Illustrator artwork?
No. Vector graphics, Illustrator artwork, and similar graphic design work are outside the scope of this Gig.
