You receive an English PDF itinerary with:

Choose up to 3 days in one city, 7 days with up to two bases, or 14 days with up to three bases. Each plan covers one agreed region and up to four travelers sharing one itinerary. One 30-minute planning call and one consolidated revision round are included.
I research the details and organize your options; you choose and book directly with providers. Prices, opening hours and availability can change, so recheck before booking and travel.
Flights, visa or legal advice, reservation handling, payments, emergency assistance and live trip support are outside this service.

What exactly will I receive?
An English PDF with a day-by-day itinerary, map and booking links, transport and relevant parking notes, up to three accommodation options per base, dining ideas, estimated costs and a booking checklist. Recommendations are researched for your brief.
Will you book anything or handle payments?
No. This is a research and itinerary-planning service. You make reservations and payments directly with providers. I do not need your passport, payment details, passwords or booking-account access.
What counts as a day or destination?
Packages cover 3 days/2 nights in one city, 7 days/6 nights with up to two bases, or 14 days/13 nights with up to three bases. All bases must be within one agreed region. Each package is for up to four travelers sharing one itinerary.
What can I change in the revision?
One consolidated revision round can adjust activities, pacing or shortlisted options within the agreed dates, region and package size. A new destination, major date change, extra travel days or a second itinerary needs a new scope.
Are prices and availability guaranteed?
No. Budgets are estimates based on information available during research. Prices, opening times, parking rules and availability can change. Check provider terms and current details before booking and again before you travel.
How much research is included?
Basic includes up to 4 hours of research and planning, Standard up to 8 and Premium up to 16, including the planning call and revision. Detailed comparisons of multiple possible destinations or specialist requests need a custom scope.
Can you help with visas or during the trip?
Visa, immigration, legal or medical advice, booking management, emergency help and live travel support are not included. Check entry requirements with official authorities. The service ends after delivery and the included revision.
Do you plan destinations you have not visited?
Yes, where the request fits research-based planning. I use current sources and do not claim firsthand local expertise in every destination. Message me first so I can confirm whether the destination and complexity fit the package.
