FAQ
How do you handle low-quality audio?
If the audio has heavy background noise, multiple people talking over each other, or thick accents, please message me before placing an order. I will review a sample to ensure I can deliver the quality you expect.
Do you offer exact verbatim (including all stutters and filler words)?
My default service is Clean Verbatim (easy to read). If you need Strict Verbatim (including all "ums" and "ahs"), just let me know when placing the order!
What format will my transcript be in?
I deliver all final transcripts in a clean, easily editable Microsoft Word document (.docx) or PDF, depending on your preference.
What if my audio has a panel of multiple speakers?
Transcribing multiple voices requires extra time to accurately track who is speaking. My base packages cover up to 2 speakers. For 3 or more speakers, please select the "Additional Speakers" extra at checkout, or message me beforehand!
What file formats do you accept?
I accept all standard audio and video formats, including MP3, WAV, MP4, M4A, and MOV. If you have a different file type, please message me first!
