No. Amazon FBA is one of our core areas, but we can also source physical products for Walmart, Shopify, other e-commerce marketplaces, and private-label brands.
2. Which sourcing platforms do you use?
Depending on the product and requirements, we can research suppliers through Alibaba, 1688, and other relevant manufacturer/supplier channels. The sourcing approach is selected according to the product and project requirements.

Yes. Supplier verification can include available company information, business history, certifications, manufacturing capabilities, communication quality, quotations, and other relevant risk indicators. On-site factory audits or third-party inspections, when required, involve separate third-party co
4. Will you negotiate price and MOQ with suppliers?
Yes, negotiation is included in applicable packages. We can negotiate areas such as unit price, MOQ, sample cost, lead time, packaging requirements, and commercial terms. Final supplier acceptance and terms remain subject to the supplier and client approval.
5. Do you handle samples?
Sample coordination is available in applicable packages. We can communicate sample requirements, coordinate with the supplier, and help evaluate the next steps. Product, sample, and shipping costs are paid separately by the client.
6. Are inspection, laboratory testing, freight, and customs costs included?
No. Third-party factory inspections, laboratory testing, product/sample costs, freight, duties, customs, and other external charges are not included in the Gig price. We can help coordinate relevant services where applicable.
