Your content is cleaned, split up and stored in a vector database such as Pinecone. Each question pulls the most relevant passages before the LLM writes its reply, and the bot can show the source of every answer so users can check it.
I work with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and open-source Llama models. The backend is Python (FastAPI, LangChain) and the chat widget is Next.js or React, ready to embed on your site. English and Urdu content both work.

What documents can the chatbot use?
PDFs, Word files, text, web pages, spreadsheets and database records. Scanned pages need text recognition, which I can add.
Will it make things up?
RAG greatly reduces this, and I set the bot to say it does not know when the material has no answer. I also show sources so wrong answers are easy to spot.
Which model and vector database do you use?
OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or Llama for the model, and Pinecone or a comparable vector store. I recommend one based on your data size and budget.
Is my data kept private?
Your files go only to the services we agree on. Tell me if you have privacy rules, and I will design around them.
Can it also take actions, like booking or updating records?
