Do I need any technical knowledge to use this?
No. I handle all the technical setup. I'll walk you through how it works and how to make small edits yourself if you want to.
What information do you need from me to get started?
Your workflow goal (what should trigger it, what should happen), which tools you currently use (Gmail, Sheets, CRM, etc.), and login access or permission to connect those accounts.
Can you connect tools I'm already using, like my CRM or email?
Yes, as long as it supports Make.com, Zapier, or has an API/webhook. Message me your tools before ordering and I'll confirm compatibility.
What if my workflow doesn't fit the standard packages?
Message me first. Most workflows can be scoped into one of the three tiers, but I'll tell you honestly if yours needs a custom quote.
Will I be able to edit the automation later?
Yes. I'll explain the setup, and Source Code/blueprint is included on Standard and Premium so you (or another automator) can modify it later.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?
Basic troubleshooting is included for 7 days after delivery. Ongoing maintenance or monthly management can be arranged separately — just ask.
Is my data safe?
Yes. I only request the access needed to build your automation, and I don't store or reuse your data outside the project.
