I will audit, debug, and improve your n8n workflow automation

About this gig
Is your n8n workflow failing, mapping data incorrectly, or finishing without the expected result?
I will inspect an existing workflow, identify the failure point, implement the agreed correction and document what changed.
I CAN HELP WITH:
- Failed nodes and execution errors
- Webhook and trigger problems
- HTTP Request and REST API issues
- Authentication and credential configuration
- JSON, expressions and data mapping
- Filters, loops and branching logic
- Input validation and error handling
- Retries, duplicate protection and failure alerts
- Workflow cleanup and handover notes
My software background includes REST API integration, response validation, ordered and idempotent requests, recovery logic and deployment troubleshooting.
This gig covers existing n8n workflows. It does not include large new builds, RAG systems, autonomous or voice agents, web scraping, production n8n hosting, penetration testing or unlimited integrations.
Please message me before ordering with the workflow JSON, failed execution data, expected result and connected services. Remove secrets from exports and use temporary test credentials only when required.

FAQ
Do you build new workflows from scratch?
This gig focuses on auditing and repairing existing workflows. A small extension may be quoted separately, but complete new automation systems require a custom offer.
What counts as one workflow?
One workflow is one n8n canvas with a defined trigger, processing steps and outcome. Sub-workflows or connected workflows count separately.
What counts as one issue?
One issue is one defined incorrect behaviour or failure. Several symptoms caused by the same root problem may count as one issue; unrelated failures count separately.
Do you work with n8n Cloud and self-hosted n8n?
I can work from a redacted workflow export or temporary authorized workflow access. Production server administration and n8n hosting are not included.
Do you need my passwords or API keys?
Do not send permanent credentials in chat or include secrets in exported JSON. Use temporary test credentials or restricted access only when necessary, then rotate or remove them.
Can you fix API and webhook problems?
Yes, within a defined existing workflow. I can inspect HTTP requests, payloads, headers, authentication configuration, responses and webhook behaviour.
What if the problem belongs to an external API?
I will identify the failure point and document the evidence. Changes to a third-party platform may require the buyer or provider to act and are not guaranteed.
