Which Mighty Networks plan do I need?
Depends on whether you're charging, running courses, or need a custom app. I'll look at your offer and tell you the lowest plan that covers it, so you're not paying for features you won't touch. You keep ownership of the account and billing.
Do you create the course content?
No. I build the structure and upload what you provide. Send videos, PDFs and lesson titles, and I'll handle collections, curriculum order and member access. If content isn't ready, I'll build the framework so you can drop materials in later.
How long does the build take?
Most setups finish in 5 to 10 days, depending on scope and how fast you send content and access. I'll confirm a timeline before starting and keep you updated at each stage so you're never guessing.
What do you need from me to start?
Admin access to your Mighty Networks account, your logo and brand colours, your course files, and a short description of who your members are. I'll send one intake form so you're not answering questions across scattered messages.
Can you move my community from another platform?
Yes. I migrate members, posts, courses and paid access into Mighty Networks. Migration is quoted separately since the work depends on your current platform and member count. Send me your setup for a quote.
Will my community actually get engagement?
I build the systems that drive it: onboarding, prompts, events, spaces with a clear purpose. The structure does most of the work, but you still need to show up. I'll give you a content plan telling you exactly what to post.
What happens after delivery?
You get support after handoff plus a video walkthrough of your build, so you can run it without me. I also hand over written guidelines your team can follow.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, within the scope we agree on. Anything outside it gets quoted as an add-on rather than quietly expanded, so there are no surprises for either of us.
