No, if you require a built app file for iPhone. That will not be provided but you will get source code so you can make an app for iPhone at your own ( Reason iPhone build requires Mac that I don't have).

Yes, it will have Unity Logo Splash Screen. Which can only be able removed from paid Unity Version.
Do I will publish your game in Play Store & App Store?
No, This gig does not contain the service of uploading the app into any store. But you can talk with us and we will upload it into stores but there will be other charges for it.

After eventually finishing the initial order, I was waiting for the game to upload to google play store before finishing the order. That didn't...

This is a hard review to write. I wanted so bad to have a good experience as I have with most sellers on Fiverr. The work took over a month to complete, and even now we are having to edit and redo a lot of the work that was done on unity ourselves. I approved the worked so I could move on and edit it ourself. It was an exhausting experience.
