Hello Property Owner,
Whether you are new in the industry or not, the right PMS is the key towards creating a profitable business with the time efficiency in mind. I have been working in a property rental agency located in Bali for years where I cultivate and nurture the needs and growth of more than 30 Villas in Bali to achieve its maximum results.
What I offer for this service is the basic setup in beds24 from importing property, setting room(s) & calendar, rates and sync to channel managers (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda & Marriott). I can also setup the booking page that beds24 offers with the most optimize layout (additional service).

IMPORTANT: If you want to book my service, it's necessary you are committed tobe online at the same time as me (BALI time betwen 7-9pm GMT +8) as I will need to received the OTP/login link/code verification to sync with the OTAS

What should I prepare for the setup?
Trust is key because I will need to access your listing in beds24 and each OTA to adjust the setup simultaneously. You will also need to be online when I'm ready to sync the listings. Once I'm done, you can always change your password.
