What’s the difference between STL and 3MF?
STL files contain only raw mesh geometry (triangles) with no color, material, or part information . The 3MF format, however, can include color, textures, multiple objects, and printer settings . This means you can print multi-color or multi-material models from a single 3MF instead of multiple STLs.
Can you add color to my model for multicolor printing?
Yes, I can paint the model layers for Bambu Lab AMS or dual-extruder printers. As one provider describes, I will turn your plain STL file into a full-color 3MF file ready for multi-material
What if my STL file is broken or unprintable?
