What do I need to provide to get started?
I need your project address, a description of the project (ADU, room addition, new build, remodel), any existing drawings or sketches you have, your property survey or site plan if available, and a description of your intended MEP systems — HVAC type, panel size, and plumbing fixture locations.
What if the city sends a correction letter after submission?
Plan check correction support is available as a gig extra. Send me the city's correction notice and I will review every comment, revise the affected drawings across all disciplines, re-stamp, and prepare a written response letter if required.
Do you handle ADU projects?
YES. ADUs are one of my most requested project types. I handle detached ADUs, attached ADUs, garage conversions, and JADUs, especially in California, Oregon, and Washington where state ADU laws have streamlined the permitting pathway.
