Will removing malware delete my personal files?
No. I only target malicious software and suspicious programs. Your documents, photos and personal files are never touched. I will always confirm with you before removing anything unclear.
I already ran antivirus and it found nothing — can you still help?
Yes. Many infections are designed to hide from standard antivirus tools. I use additional specialized scanners that detect threats regular antivirus software often misses.
Is it safe to give remote access during a virus infection?
Yes. You watch everything I do in real time via AnyDesk and can disconnect at any second. I only access what is needed to scan and clean your system — nothing else.
What if the malware comes back after cleaning?
The Premium package includes security hardening and startup protection to prevent reinfection. If an issue returns within 3 days of delivery message me and I will re-check at no extra cost.
Which package should I choose?
If you have popup ads or one specific issue Basic is fine. If your browser is hijacked or the PC behaves strangely in multiple ways go Standard. Premium is for severe infections or if you want a full written report and protection setup.
