What format should I submit my stems in?
Please submit all stems as high-quality WAV files (24-bit / 44.1kHz or higher). Each track should be exported from the same starting point (bar 1) to ensure proper alignment. Make sure files are clearly labeled (e.g. Lead Vocal, Kick, Snare, Bass), and avoid clipping or heavy limiting on the master
How many revisions do I get?
Revisions depend on your selected package. We include a set number of revisions to fine-tune your track based on your feedback and ensure you’re fully satisfied with the final result.
How long does it take to complete a mix and master?
Turnaround time varies by package, typically between 3–10 days. We also offer priority delivery for urgent projects.
