FAQ
Will my WordPress website be backed up automatically?
Yes. I will configure the agreed backup schedule using a compatible plugin or hosting feature. Automatic execution depends on your hosting environment and the selected backup tool.
Can you back up my WooCommerce store, orders, and customer data?
I can configure supported backups for your WordPress files and database, which may include WooCommerce data. The exact coverage depends on your plugin and setup. Please tell me if your store receives frequent orders.
Do I need to buy a backup plugin or cloud-storage subscription?
Not always. Some free plugins and hosting plans offer backup features. Premium features or additional cloud storage may require a separate subscription, which is not included in my package price.
How long will it take to complete the backup setup?
The Basic package takes approximately 2 days, Standard 3 days, and Premium 4 days. Complex hosting restrictions, access delays, or compatibility issues may affect delivery
Can you restore my website if something goes wrong?
I can help verify backup availability and assess restoration options. A full restoration or emergency recovery is not automatically included in every package. Please contact me first if your website is already broken or you need urgent recovery.
