I noticed in general that there is no offer for business or private individual to do their quick animation video for a budget but still looks professional and modern.

What is a PSB model?

Is the Voice Over included?
Depends on the package you choose, you can start having the basic one and evolve from there by adding more features :)
What are the languages you use for Voice Over?
I can do a female English and Swedish voice over only unfortunately. However, I can add another voice talent within my networks that I have worked with for an extra or you can add your own with the Standard Package, no problem :)
Can I change the style of Animation or feel?
For these low prices, I can only propose you this type of basic animation. My idea is to offer a quick solution with a certain quality. The cost for a complex customised animation is way above this price range, I can do that but we will have to discuss so I can make a more suited offer.
Can I change the script format?
With these packages, you can only change the content of the writing/voice over not the format. If you need to change the format into something else, it will change the whole final video so I will have to make a custom offer.
Can I put Subtitle?
Yes! I can put a subtitle for 5$ more in any language you want! However, I will not be responsible for the proofreading as I can only analyse English, French and Swedish
