I will design machinery parts in solidworks and dfam for 3d printing and cnc

About this gig
I design production ready mechanical parts + machinery components in SolidWorks with correct tolerances for manufacturing.
Need custom automotive brackets, machinery gears, or industrial mechanical parts that actually fit and survive production? I deliver CAD + DFAM optimization so your parts work first time, no rework.
What you get:
- Parametric SolidWorks model - 100% editable SLDPRT file
- DFAM optimization for 3D printing, CNC, injection molding
- Watertight STL + STEP + IGES files ready for production
- 2D Engineering drawings with dimensions & tolerances
- Assembly fit check with mating parts you provide
I specialize in:
1. Mechanical parts: Brackets, shafts, pulleys, gears, mounting plates, fasteners
2. Machinery components: Enclosures, housings, fixtures, jigs, conveyor parts
3. Automotive parts: Custom brackets, clips, tabs, prototype parts, interior trim
File formats: SLDPRT, STEP, STL, IGES, PDF/DWG drawings
Before ordering: Send me a sketch, photo, hand drawing, or reference model + material + manufacturing method. Ill quote exact price + delivery.

FAQ
What file formats will i receive?
you get native solidworks SLDPRT, plus STEP for CNC/ Machinery, and STL for 3D printing. I can also export IGES, Parasolid, or PDF drawings On request.
Do you do DFAM - Design for Additive Manufacturing?
Yes. I optimize wall thickness, overhangs, support needs, and tolerances so your part prints successfully on FDM/SLA/SLS. I’ll recommend material + print orientation too.
Can you work from a sketch or broken part photo?
100% yes. Send me a photo, hand sketch with dimensions, or even the broken physical part. I’ll reverse engineer it to a clean parametric CAD model.
What’s your tolerance accuracy?
Standard tolerance is ±0.1mm for 3D printing. For CNC/machining I can do ±0.01mm. Tell me your manufacturing method and I’ll design to match it.
Do you do assemblies with multiple parts?
Yes. Order the Premium package or message me. I’ll check mates, clearances, and motion so the whole assembly works before you manufacture.
