Standard: one new workflow (up to 6 steps) or pipeline; or a text-back with two follow-ups, a tag, pipeline stage and team alert.

Premium: up to three connected workflows, business-hours and after-hours messages, a check that nothing fires twice, and a walkthrough video.

For texting you need a HighLevel number that can send texts, with any required registration already approved (A2P 10DLC in the US). Texting costs are billed by HighLevel to your account.
