How is 'emotion-based mixing' different from reqular mixing?
Traditional mixing asks "how do I make this track sound good" I ask "how do I make this Aggressive track feel different from this intimate track?." Same genre, but completely different mixing decisions, based on the emotion.
What file format should I send?
Please send your stems as WAV files, all starting from bar 1 (the same start point). Label each clearly, eg: Kick, Snare, Hi-hat, Vocal Lead, Vocal Ad-libs, etc. This helps me work efficiently and deliver faster.
What genre do you work with?
I specialize in Pop, R&B/Soul, Hip-Hop. If your genre is not listed, message me. I may still be a great fit.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic: 1 revision. Standard: 2 revisions Premium: 3 revisions. Additional revisions can be added as a gig extra.
What is your turnaround time?
Basic: 5 days. Standard: 4 days. Premium: 3 days. Express 48-hour delivery is available as a add-on.
What if I am not sure what emotion I want?
No problem. After you order, I'll walk you through a few quick questions about your song, like the mood, the energy, how you want listeners to feel. By the end, we'll have a clear emotional direction together. You don't need to come in with the answer. That's my job.
