I will find stalled and expired permits in your city
Restaurant Market Data Specialist
About this Gig
Some permitted jobs stop halfway. The permit expires, or it never gets a final inspection. I find those jobs in official city records so licensed contractors can see where work was left open.
What you get:
- Permits that expired, expire in the next 30 days, or were issued long ago with no final inspection
- Permit number, type, description, job value, issue, status and expiration dates, and the city's link to the record
- Whether a contractor was on record
- Property facts from public records: year built, assessed value, code cases, flood zone, neighborhood income
- Location: ZIP plus street block for homes; full address for commercial sites
- CSV and Excel files, sorted most urgent first
Coverage: Any US city, county or state that publishes these records online. Message me with your area before ordering and I'll confirm coverage.
For licensed contractors and suppliers. Business and property data only: no homeowner names, phone numbers or emails. Built fresh for each order.

FAQ
Why don't home rows show the house number?
To keep personal details out, homes show the ZIP and street block (for example '500 block Lone Oak Dr'). Each row links to the city's public permit record.
Which cities publish permit status?
Many do, but not all. Austin, Chicago, Cincinnati, New Orleans and Mesa are examples. Message me your area first and I'll confirm.
What counts as stalled?
Expired, expiring within 30 days, or issued more than a year ago with no final inspection, using the city's own status fields.
Do you include owner names, phones or emails?
No. Property facts only (year built, value, code cases, flood zone).
Who is this for?
Licensed remodelers, roofers, plumbers, electricians, pool builders and their suppliers. You follow your state's licensing and marketing rules when you use it.
Can I get weekly updates?
Yes. Premium includes 4 weekly updates of newly stalled jobs.
