I will zero to product on market
Fractional CTO, Software Architect, SW Engineer, Production AI
About this Gig
An idea isn't a product, and a prototype isn't a business. The gap between them is where most builds usually die because someone spent the runway on plumbing and never reached the thing customers actually pay for.
I take products from nothing to live. Founder of three startups. Built and launched a sports app solo, start to finish, in one month. First engineer at two companies and #2 engineer on a regulated financial platform that had to survive audit so "fast" doesn't mean "fragile."
How I work: value first. We build the one thing your customer pays for and put it in front of them early. Everything else gets designed for on day one in the data model and built when they're earned, not before. You find out whether the thing works while you still have money left.
Ship small. Prove it. Scale it when it earns it.
Start with Discovery & Architecture. One week, and you walk away owning a build plan whether or not you continue with me. That's deliberate. You shouldn't be committing a five-figure budget to a stranger on faith.
Message me with what you're building and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it.

FAQ
Can you build something bigger than $10,000?
Yes, most real products cost more than that. Fiverr caps a single order, not the work. We phase it: Discovery first, then each build phase as its own custom offer. You approve and pay per phase, and you can stop after any of them. That's better for you than one giant bet anyway.
Will it actually be finished in 30 days?
A first shippable version, yes, that's the whole method. A finished product with every feature you've imagined, no. Anyone who promises you that is selling.
What if I already have a spec?
Then Discovery goes faster, and I'll spend it arguing with your spec instead of writing one. That's usually the more valuable week.
Who owns the code and all other resources?
You do. All of it, from day one.
Do you disappear after launch?
Only if you want me to. Most clients move to my Fractional CTO retainer afterwards.
