My Grok bot or API is throwing errors. Can you fix it?
Yes. Send me the exact error message (401, 403, 426, 429 or other) before ordering and I'll tell you the cause and whether the Basic package covers it. Most fixes are auth, billing, rate-limit or config problems.
Do I need my own Grok / xAI account and API key?
Yes. You keep full ownership of your own xAI account, API key or SuperGrok login. I never need your password. I'll guide you through creating a key if you don't have one, and I'll use a test key when possible.
