What Ubuntu versions do you support?
I work on clean Ubuntu 20.04, 22.04 or 24.04 LTS. Other versions may need extra time/fee.
Do I need to give you full server access?
Yes, root SSH access is required. I only use it for setup and delete access after delivery.
What if my server already has mail software installed?
It must be clean (no Postfix, Dovecot, Exim, etc.). If not, cleanup costs extra or I can't proceed.
Do you handle DNS changes?
I guide you exactly what to add (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC). You need access to your domain provider.
Can you add users or multiple domains?
Yes, that's an extra paid add-on. Just tell me how many after ordering.
What about 2FA / extra security?
2FA for webmail and advanced security (Fail2Ban, etc.) are paid extras. Ask for quote.
How long until it works?
Basic setup: 2-3 days. Pro/Premium might take longer. I test everything before handover.
