Can you enhance a very quiet or faint voice?

Can you remove background noise completely?
Not always. I can significantly reduce many types of unwanted noise, including hiss, hum, static, wind, clicks and some background sounds. However, removing everything can sometimes damage the voice, so I focus on getting the clearest usable result.
Can you isolate one person's voice?
I can work on voice isolation and target-voice enhancement when the recording allows it. If two voices are heavily overlapping, complete separation may not be technically possible.
