If we build a custom GPT, then yes, you will need an active ChatGPT Plus subscription from OpenAI to access and use it. For other types of chatbots or automations (like a web widget), this is not required.

A custom GPT is built on OpenAI's platform and is primarily accessed through their interface. A website chatbot is a separate tool that can be embedded as a widget on your site. The Premium package can include building a no-code version of your assistant for your website.
What if I need changes after the delivery?
