My sessions come with a balance of actionable feedback and emotional healing. In other words: I am good at tough love. My clients typically are already on a path of self-improvement and growth and I am an additional positive influence and emotional support for them. I remind them of goals, help them keep track of progress, and help them gain clarity when mental dialogue is a challenge. The reason my relationships with my clients are strong is because they know they can talk to me about anything, from business, to relationships, to insecurities, to spirituality. Since I am able to offer insight in so many areas, I'm also able to help them ground overthinking into quiet confidence for them.
