What does your user testing gig include?
My user testing gig includes detailed qa testing, usability testing for websites, app testing, and digital products. I provide comprehensive feedback in form of a report on user experience, functionality tests, bug findings and design - as well as recommendations on how to improve your application.

What do I need to provide for you to start user testing?
Please provide, which website, app, digital product or specific tasks you want tested, and any particular areas or features you need feedback on. This will help me tailor the testing process to meet your specific requirements.
What format will the testing report be in?
The QA Testing Report will be delivered in PDF format and will include detailed observations, issues encountered, screenshots of detected issues and actionable recommendations for improvements.
How do you perform user testing?
I perform user testing by first understanding the specific objectives you have for the testing. I use exploratory testing techniques to evaluate the product by simulating user interaction with the interface. I document all findings in a detailed report and screenshots, or if requested, by video.
How long will it take to complete the testing?
Completion time depends on the complexity and amount to be tested - basic testing can be conducted within 1 - 2 days, extensive testing could take 3 - 5 days. Express testing within several hours or 1 days is always possible - just let me know!
What if I need revisions or additional tests done?
The gig includes a set number of testing rounds and feedback revisions (specified in the order). Additional rounds of testing or extended revisions can be provided at an extra cost.
Can you test on different devices and operating systems?
Yes, I can conduct tests on a variety of devices including smartphones, tables, and desktop computers across multiple systems such as Windows, macOS and iOS. Please specify if you have any particular requirements.
What language can I use to contact you?
I speak English, German and Russian. Feel free to contact me in those languages if they are comfortable for you.
