I sell on Amazon and Shopify. Can I track both in one file?
Yes. The core system tracks inventory movements regardless of channel. If you select the Multi-Location Extra, I can separate stock levels by "FBA Warehouse" vs "Shopify Home Storage" so you know exactly where your units are.
Does this calculate my Amazon FBA fees or profit?
It calculates Gross Profit (Selling Price minus Cost of Goods). It does not automatically pull live FBA fee data (that requires an API which Excel can't do). However, I can add a custom field for "Est. Fees" if you provide the percentage.
I have over 500 SKUs. Is Excel fast enough for that?
Absolutely. The file uses lightweight formulas. I've tested it with 2,000+ SKUs and it remains fast. If you're over 5,000 SKUs, I might recommend the Premium Package so I can optimize the file specifically for large data sets.
Can I use this to track bundles or kits? (e.g., Gift Box of 3 items)
Not in the standard version. However, the Bundles/Kitting Extra is designed exactly for this. It allows you to sell a "Gift Box" and have Excel automatically subtract 1 unit of Item A, 1 unit of Item B, and 1 unit of Item C from stock.
I just need the Basic template. Is it ready to use immediately?
Yes. The Basic package includes a ready-to-use file with sample data (fake products). You just clear the sample data, paste in your own SKUs, and you're live. It's perfect if you know Excel basics and want to set it up yourself quickly.
