I will create a powerapp visitor arrival check in and out system

A system for guest arrival, the guest arrives into your building, signs into your system, the system collects vital information such as Name, Company, Purpose of Visit, Vehicle Registration Plate, Email address & the person being visited.  Takes a photo of the guest, then ensures the guest agrees to the terms & conditions before submitting into SharePoint.  Upon arrival in SharePoint item is emailed to the host of the meetings stating their guest has arrived, there is also another email sent to the guest with details of Health & Safety, Fire & emergency information for the building.

When the guest leaves, they simply sign out, search for their name and sign out.

System is fully compatible with any device & is designed for Tablets.
