In my seven years with the studio I had the privilege of working on projects for artists including The Rolling Stones, Elton John, David Bowie, Eric Clapton, The Who, Black Sabbath, ABBA, KISS, Michael Jackson, The Police, The Stereophonics, Amy Winehouse, Florence + The Machine and Mumford & Sons among many others

Having turned freelance and relocated to Australia's Gold Coast I am now offering online audio engineering lessons and mentorship. All lessons will be conducted over Zoom using the software's screen sharing facility which allows students to see what I am doing in the DAW and even take remote control of the DAW themselves for interactive exercises.

In addition, an Audiomovers ListenTo link will be provided to students at the start of every session enabling them to listen to a stream of the DAW audio at the very highest fidelity.

What areas do you cover in your lessons?

My expertise lie in audio mixing and mastering and lessons will be focused on these areas. Topics that can be covered range from levelling, panning, equalisation, compression, saturation, stereo width, modulation, time based processing as well as mix and master bus summing.

Can we go over one of my mixes or masters in a lesson?

Yes, just make sure to let me know this is what you'd like for us to cover and make sure to send me the track(s) in advance.

Can you provide me with a written feedback to one of my mixes or masters?

Yes, send me a message and I will send you a custom offer of $65 for a 1000 word written feedback PDF to one of your tracks.

Do I have to have my camera and microphone on for a lesson?

You do not have to have your camera on for the lesson. It would be preferable to have your microphone on but if you would prefer not to speak then you can type instead.

What timeslots are available for lessons?

I am based on Australia's east coast and typically make myself available for teaching Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time. If you are unable to attend any slot within this timeframe please get in touch and I will see if timeslots outside these hours are available.

How will I schedule a timeslot for a lesson?
