What is your background?
I'm a full time software engineer for a Series B San Francisco startup, though I'm currently a digital nomad. I've worked for 3 banks/fintech firms, 3 fortune 100s, the state of Maryland, cybersecurity consulting w the Barbados government, and successfully hacked Microsoft as part of white hat work.
How do I schedule a time?
After you place an order, you will receive a link to my calendar where you can schedule a time. If no available times work, I can try to work with your availability.
How are the sessions conducted?
The coaching session will be on google meet/hangouts. You will receive a video call link after scheduling a time on my calendar.
Why is the delivery window so long?
The delivery window is long because this requires a digital face to face conversation. It can/will happen on whatever schedule works for both of us. If you want to set a meeting for within the next 24 hours, there is an express option for each package.
Why audio/video calls only?
Often times I need to dig deep into your experience for concrete details. I've found that text based communication is slow and inefficient, especially when compared to live interactions. Live calls have consistently given better results for my clients.
Can you guarantee an offer and/or a rasie?
A lot more than just a resume is needed to get an offer. That being said, I provide comprehensive interview prep services that have helped some of my clients get compensation increases of up to 50% when changing jobs after working with me.
