FAQ
Can I preview your previous UGC work?
Yes, my UGC portfolio can be viewed at: midoreugc.com/portfolio
Will I receive the video file after it’s created?
No. Amazon Shoppable Videos are uploaded directly to my Amazon Influencer storefront and are not delivered as downloadable files. This gig is for storefront placement only, per Amazon’s policies. Final video can be purchased as add-on.
Do I need to send you the product, or can you purchase it from Amazon?
You’re welcome to send the product directly to me, and I’ll post the video to my Amazon storefront within 3 days of receiving it. If you prefer that I purchase the product from Amazon, please note there will be a 20% increase in the product reimbursement amount to cover Fiverr’s service fees.
Will the video appear on my product’s Amazon listing?
Amazon alone determines which videos are featured on product detail pages. While I upload to my storefront and tag your product correctly, placement on the listing is not guaranteed or controlled by creators.
Do you film on camera or use voiceover?
I offer both on-camera (talking head) and voiceover-style videos, depending on what best fits your product. I film in natural home settings like my kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom to help viewers picture your product in real life.
What kinds of products do you typically feature?
I work with lifestyle, home, beauty, pet, and wellness products. If you’re unsure if your product is a fit for my storefront or content style, please message me first—I’m happy to take a look and confirm before you place an order.
Can I ask for revisions after the video is posted?
Due to Amazon’s posting process and storefront policies, revisions are not offered once the video is live. Please review the gig details carefully and message me with any questions before ordering.
