FAQ
Do you provide an editable Canva file?
Yes. Every package includes an editable Canva link. You will need a Canva account to edit it. Please tell me before ordering if you use Canva Free so I can avoid Pro-only elements.
What do you need from me to start?
Please send your final text, logo, images, preferred colors and design dimensions. You can also share examples of styles you like. Please provide images you own or have permission to use.
What is included in a revision?
A revision includes changes to text, colors or layout within the agreed design. A new concept, extra flyer or new size is not included and should be discussed separately.
Can you prepare a file for printing?
Please send your printer's required dimensions, bleed and file specifications before ordering. I will confirm whether I can prepare the required file.
