Do I need an n8n account to use this automation?
Yes. You need a working n8n environment, either self-hosted or on n8n Cloud. I will configure the workflow in your existing environment. Hosting and subscription costs are not included.
What do I need to provide before we start?
You will need a Gmail account, a Google Sheets document and a working n8n environment. We will agree on the required fields and workflow behavior before starting. Credentials must be connected securely; please do not send passwords.
Will the automation find new leads for me?
No. This workflow automatically tracks contacts you have already emailed. It registers selected Gmail conversations in Google Sheets, checks for duplicates and updates contact history. It does not search for prospects or send outreach emails.
Can you customize the Google Sheets CRM?
Yes. I can adapt the spreadsheet fields and workflow logic to your requirements within the agreed package scope. More advanced CRM features or additional integrations may require a custom quote.
How often will the automation update my CRM?
The workflow can run automatically at scheduled intervals, such as every 15 minutes, depending on your n8n setup. It processes emails matching the agreed Gmail filter and updates your Google Sheets CRM.
Is maintenance included after delivery?
The package includes workflow setup, functional testing, basic documentation and one revision within the agreed scope. Ongoing monitoring, hosting, maintenance and future feature development are not included, but can be quoted separately.
