Where to begin with creating a custom online course?
I will help you understand the ADDIE process for creating great E-Learning / Instructional Design experiences. Using my custom PPT presentation in a private a video conference call, I will guide you and your team through the key questions you have about your project. Together, we will refine your goals and learning objectives and identify your next steps.
For our first hour, we will go through the ADDIE process from beginning to end. (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation), using adult learning principles, Gagne's 9 events of Instruction, and more industry-standard processes. At the end, you will walk away with 2 custom pdfs: an Action Item list for you to work with, as well as a Custom PPT Presentation for your reference.
For additional hours, I will take you on a deep dive through one or several of the steps of ADDIE to gain an even higher-resolution vision of your E-Learning / Instructional Design project. You get a custom ppt and sample slides to guide you.
