About this gig

Supplier invoices arrive as PDFs in an inbox, as photos on WhatsApp, as attachments nobody files. At month end someone matches them to purchase orders by hand, and the differences surface three weeks after they happened.

I build the n8n or Make automation that processes invoices as they arrive. Each one is read by an AI extractor - supplier, invoice number, date, total, PO reference - matched against your purchase orders with a tolerance you set, and written to a reconciled list or an exceptions list with the reason attached. Nothing is discarded; an invoice that cannot be matched becomes a flagged exception, not a silence.

On Premium the result goes straight into your accounting system or ERP by API, with a duplicate check so the same invoice is never entered twice.

I have built this in production for a 70-person operation where invoicing, procurement and payroll ran through one system. Six weeks to production.

What you get

- A tested workflow handling your real invoice formats

- Reconciled and exceptions outputs you can act on daily

- Documentation, and handover in the order chat

Send me two or three sample invoices and I will tell you which package fits.

I build automation that holds up in production, not in demos. Most recently a 70-person catering group taking orders over WhatsApp: 125 accumulated n8n workflows, 62 dead, 15-30 cascading errors an hour. Rebuilt to 63 workflows, zero errors - WhatsApp intake with AI agents, invoicing, procurement, payroll. Six weeks to production. Good at: order and document intake that reaches your system without retyping, AI agents built to be reliable and n8n or Make estates that have grown out of control. Stack: n8n, Make, Zapier, Python, PostgreSQL, Supabase, OpenAI, Docker. Fluent English, EU timezone.
