Rise Within provides hydraulic calculation and design-basis piping documentation for engineering teams, contractors, and technical buyers who need a piping network verified and documented before construction, commissioning, or flushing.

What I do:

• Build a hydraulic model of your piping network from your equipment list, layout drawings, or spool/isometric drawings even if they're incomplete or preliminary
• Calculate flow rate, velocity, and pressure drop for every line/loop across your system (Darcy-Weisbach / Hazen-Williams basis)
• Flag any line or loop that fails your design criteria (velocity, pressure, turbulence) so you know exactly what needs rework
• Deliver a professional calculation summary report, organized by zone/loop for larger facilities
• On request: produce P&ID and physical layout drawings (editable DWG + PDF) with equipment tags, flow arrows, valves, and instrumentation, to support your engineer of record's final review
• Review your equipment list / drawing set and flag missing information, conflicts, or components that need engineering selection before it costs you rework later
