I will provide a comprehensive game design review and critique
About this gig
Got a game that feels "off" but you can't figure out why?
Too many indie developers spend months writing code and testing game mechanics, only to launch a game that doesn't have a clear direction, falls short in appeal, and fumbles its player experience.
When you get too close to your own project, it's easy to miss critical design flaws that cause players to quit and leave bad reviews. I believe the two most necessary stages are pre-production and ideation phase. Of course player testing is key, but that's why I'm here.
I don't look at your code, I focus entirely on your gameplay, pacing, and player experience. If you have a bigger project issue, I can help with scope, optimizing and cutting out unnecessary fluff, and overall make you confident in your design choices.

FAQ
Do you fix bugs, design, or write code for the game?
No. This is strictly a Game Design, Narrative, and UI/UX consulting service. I focus entirely on analyzing your gameplay loops, pacing, storytelling, and player experience from a structural lens. I do not write or debug code (C#, C++, etc.) or implement assets inside the game engine.
What formats and platforms do you accept for game builds?
I accept working builds for PC (Windows), Mac, or Web (Itch.io). Please ensure your prototype or alpha build is fully functional before sending it over!
Can I hire you long-term to consult on my game as it develops?
Absolutely! I love building long-term relationships with developers and following their project's journey. If you need ongoing design reviews, narrative consulting, or milestone feedback throughout your production pipeline, message me directly and we can set up a custom monthly or milestone plan
Do you retain any rights to my game ideas or feedback?
Absolutely not. I am here purely to help you succeed and polish your vision. 100% of your game, lore, mechanics, and documentation remains entirely your IP. Any feedback, suggestions, or design solutions I provide during our consultation belong completely to you to use however you like.
