I design clear, polished mobile app experiences for businesses that need more than attractive screens. Each package supports a different stage of the UX process, from focused research and strategy to user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.
My process begins with understanding the problem, users, and business goals before moving into design. Depending on the package, deliverables may include competitive UX analysis, research synthesis, personas, user flows, wireframes, UI design, clickable Figma prototypes, and editable source files.

These packages cover one focused mobile product problem or flow. Larger apps, multiple flows, added screens, design systems, or expanded research require a custom offer.

Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please message me first with your project details so we can confirm the scope, number of screens or flows, timeline, available content, research needs, and the correct package before you place an order.
What counts as one revision?
One revision is one consolidated round of feedback submitted at the same time. It covers reasonable refinements to the approved direction, not a new concept, added flow, expanded scope, or redesign.
Are additional revisions available?
No. Each package includes only the stated number of revisions. Once those revisions are used, additional changes require a new order or custom offer. The project scope and timeline will restart based on the new request.
What happens if the scope changes after the project begins?
New screens, flows, features, research, content, or design directions are outside the original package. I will pause the work and provide a separate custom offer for the expanded scope.
Do you provide editable source files?
Source files are included only when listed in the selected package. For mobile UX/UI work, this generally means the editable Figma file.
Do you develop or code the app?
No. This gig covers UX/UI strategy and design. Development, coding, testing, deployment, and app-store submission are not included.
What do you need from me to begin?
Please provide your goals, target users, requirements, brand assets, existing research, content, technical constraints, examples you like, and access to any current product or designs.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are not available once work has begun or deliverables have been provided. Cancellations made before work begins will follow Fiverr’s policies.
What happens if I do not respond or provide feedback?
Delays in feedback, approvals, content, or required materials may extend the delivery timeline. Work will continue once the necessary information is received.
Can you work on a larger app or multiple flows?
Yes, but larger products, additional flows, design systems, and expanded research require a custom offer.
