I will optimize your cad with generative design in fusion 360

About this gig
Generative Design (GD) combines computational engineering with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to create optimized part geometry based on your loads, constraints, materials, and manufacturing requirements.
Using topology optimization and structural analysis, I can reduce weight and material usage while maintaining the required structural performance. The process can also produce unique, organic shapes difficult to achieve with traditional CAD methods.
I have access to professional Generative Design, CAD, and FEA tools and would be happy to apply them to your project.
Great for:
- Weight reduction ideal for drones, robotics, automotive parts, and other weight-sensitive applications
- Topology optimization identify where material is structurally necessary and where it can be removed
- Material efficiency reduce unnecessary material and potentially lower manufacturing costs
- Structural optimization optimize geometry around specific loads and constraints
- Lightweight components improve strength-to-weight ratio
- CAD optimization explore alternative geometry beyond conventional modeling techniques
If interested, send me your model and I'll run it.

FAQ
1. What do you need from me to get started?
Please provide your CAD model, the material you plan to use, and as much information as possible about the forces, loads, mounting points, and areas that cannot be changed. STEP (.step/.stp) files are preferred, but contact me if you have another format.
2. What is Generative Design?
Generative Design uses computational optimization and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to explore geometry based on specified loads, materials, constraints, and manufacturing requirements. It is especially useful for reducing weight and unnecessary material.
3. Can you make my part lighter without making it weaker?
Yes. The goal is to reduce unnecessary material while meeting specified structural requirements. Results depend on the loads, constraints, material properties, safety factors, and other assumptions provided for the project, so I cannot guarantee that every part can be made lighter.
4. What types of parts are good candidates?
Generative Design and topology optimization are particularly useful for brackets, mounts, drone components, robotics parts, automotive components, structural supports, and other applications where weight or material usage matters.
5. Will the result be ready for manufacturing?
It depends on the project and selected package. Generative results may require additional CAD cleanup or remodeling before they are suitable for CNC machining, 3D printing, or other manufacturing processes. Please contact me before ordering if you need a manufacturing-ready model.
6. Can you optimize a part for 3D printing?
Yes. Generative Design can be especially useful for additive manufacturing because 3D printing can produce complex and organic geometries that may be difficult or impossible to manufacture using conventional methods.
7. Do you provide FEA results?
Yes, when included in the scope of the project. I can use FEA to evaluate the specified loading conditions and help guide the optimization process. Please provide accurate information about how the part will be loaded and constrained.
8. Can you guarantee that the optimized part will not fail?
No. Simulation results depend on the accuracy of the inputs, assumptions, material data, boundary conditions, and real-world manufacturing conditions. FEA and Generative Design should not replace appropriate physical testing, certification, or professional engineering review for safety-critical appl
