Do my guests need to install an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens straight in the browser. Nothing to download, on any modern phone.
Can I change prices and mark items sold out myself?
Yes, on the Full System package. It includes an admin panel where you change prices and mark items sold out in seconds. On the smaller packages I make those changes for you during your revisions.
What do you need from me to start?
Your menu with prices, your logo and brand colours, food photos if you have them, and how many tables or rooms need a QR code. A photo or PDF of the menu is fine.
Where does it get hosted and what does that cost?
I deploy it for you and hand over the deployment scripts. Hosting is a small monthly cost you pay directly to the host, not to me. I will tell you the number before you order so there are no surprises.
Can I see a working example first?
Yes. Message me before ordering and I will send you a live system you can open on your own phone, built for a real hotel and restaurant that uses it every day.
Is this a template or a page builder?
No. It is a custom application built in React and Spring Boot around your menu and your branding, not a reused template or a page builder. I hand over the deployment scripts and documentation with it.
How many tables or QR codes can I have, and does it work for hotel rooms?
As many as you need, one QR code per table or room. The codes are printable and work the same for a 4 table cafe or a 200 room hotel. Room service orders work exactly like a restaurant table.
Can it take payments or show a second language?
Prices show in your currency and guests pay the way they do today. Online card or mobile payment, and a second menu language, are possible as custom additions. Tell me what you need before ordering.
