I design custom glass bottles for spirits brands: tequila, whiskey, vodka and rum. I go past the paper label, shaping the glass itself, the screen print on it, and the stopper on top. Core work: • custom tequila and whiskey bottle shapes • screen-printed vodka bottles • bottle caps and wooden stoppers • tumbler and drinkware wraps • 3D bottle renders. I work in Blender, Fusion 360 and Adobe Illustrator daily. You receive renders, STEP files, size drawings and print-ready artwork. What do you need from me to start?
Your spirit, volume (700 or 750 ml), brand story, price position, any sketches or shapes you like, logo for embossing and the stopper look you picture.
Can you work from a sketch, photo or bottle I like?
Yes. A napkin sketch or a bottle you admire shows the mood. I design an original tequila bottle and never copy another brand's glass shape, emboss or logo.
Will a glass factory accept your bottle files?
They get a STEP model and a size sheet with volume, neck size and key dimensions. The factory makes its own mold drawings with wall thickness and draft.
How do you keep a custom bottle shape producible?
I avoid sharp inside corners, very thin sections and deep undercuts, keep the emboss shallow and keep the bottle balanced so it stands and fills on a normal line.
Custom glass or a decorated stock bottle: which suits me?
Custom glass needs a mold and usually a large first order. A stock bottle with a custom stopper and print costs far less. I can show both routes in 3D.
Can you show the bottle with my liquid colour?
Yes. I match blanco, reposado and añejo tones or any whiskey colour, so the renders show how the spirit looks through your glass.
Do you make molds, samples or source glass factories?
No. I deliver digital models, renders and drawings only. Molds, samples and sourcing are handled by your glass supplier.
