This service aims to provide clients with formal responses to prospective employers/ businesses/formal complaints/etc, that help to achieve the overall message which the client wishes to convey, but in a formal/friendly manner.
Many people struggle to convey the message/points they wish to address correctly in their responses, which can be detrimental to the client, as image and content are key.
Many respond in a very informal/angry manner, which can also be viewed in a negative light. Grammar, spelling, or general sentence structure can also be a key issue when responding to a formal email/letter. If not done correctly, this can greatly impact on the reception/outcome of the message.
With our service, we will tailor-make a response for you, based upon the points you wish to be made in your message.
We will also provide you with advice and guidance on the points that you wish to address, as to their relevance or correct use, given the circumstances of your current situation. People often are too eager/hasty to respond, which can be detrimental to the final outcome. Our job is to help you achieve the best result, as an impartial third party.

FAQ
With the saver option, do I have to submit all three emails now, or can I use these at a later date?
No, you do not have to submit them all now, unless of course, you wish to. Although the order will complete on Fiverr after the first email submission, we will note the remaining email credits on your file, so that you can utilise these at your own leisure at any future time.
How strict are you on the word count limits?
We are flexible when it comes to these, within reason. We want your email to convey everything you wish, but we have to be fair when it comes to the utilisation of our time. As a rule of thumb, we would generally advise a 10% tolerance, as is utilised with many academic/formal submissions.
With the saver option, if I require a longer email than the set 250 words, can I use 2 of the credits for one response?
Yes, you most certainly can. We are fully flexible when it comes to the use of these credits.
Do you just handle responses to prospective employers, or do you also do other responses, such as to academic bodies, complaints etc?
We will handle almost any response you wish us to, whether this is for a scholarship application, emails to companies to request information or to complain, etc. The only exception would be a formal legal response, as we are not qualified to provide legal support/expertise.
What format do you submit responses in?
We submit our completed work to you in an editable Word file for ease of use. However, if you would like this sending in a different format (e.g. directly messaged to you via Fiverr chat), then please let us know when submitting your requirements.
What is/is not included in the revisions?
Revisions do not include extensive structural changes or the addition of extensive content. Revisions are only minor adjustments, and any major changes/additions may incur extra charges. When placing an order, please ensure that you include all the information that you want adding to your document.
