I spent the last this year turning "everyone wants to use AI" into a governed pipeline that actually decides what gets built inside a global financial services technology hub, across 10 business lines.

Before that, I spent five years as a Scrum Master and Product Owner, running Agile transformations and coaching teams from the ground up. That background is why the AI governance work I do isn't just process for its own sake it's built the way a product person builds: start with the user's actual problem, design the smallest workable system, measure whether it worked, and improve it.

When I joined the AI Adoption Project, there was no governance framework in place from global. I built one from zero intake, validation, prioritization, risk alignment, and a model for how business lines sustain their own AI use after launch. It's now the standard operating model across the hub.

I'm currently taking on freelance work in AI product management and AI adoption governance or any related projects that might be needing my expertise especially for teams that are past the "let's try" stage and need someone to build the system that decides what happens next.
