Proofreading catches grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors only. Line editing goes further — improving sentence flow, word choice, and clarity while preserving your voice. Full manuscript editing adds consistency checks and bigger-picture editorial notes.
Will you change my writing style or voice?
No — edits are made to improve clarity and correctness while keeping your voice intact. Any bigger suggestions (not direct edits) are flagged separately as notes for you to decide on.
Do you also do developmental editing (story structure, plot)
This gig focuses on line editing and proofreading, not full developmental editing. If your manuscript needs deeper structural feedback, message me to discuss — it may be offered as a separate custom service.
