What does the Basic Package include?
The Basic Package includes general RMS, Peaks, Beginning/End spacing, mono v stereo, bitrate, etc issues fixed.
What does the Standard Package include?
The Standard Package includes everything in the basic package (general RMS, Peaks, Beginning/End spacing, mono v stereo, bitrate, etc issues fixed) while also fixing any noise floor issues. This also includes a general click & plosive removal.
What does the Premium Package include?
The Premium Package includes everything in the standard package while also offering to remove any mistakes or noises you've specifically timestamped in your audio to ensure you get the best quality possible.
Can you fix RMS, Noisefloor, Peaks, spacing issues, etc.?
Absolutely. I specialize in ensuring that your books pass ACX on the first try!
Can you listen to a sample and tell me what package I need?
Yes, of course. I'd be happy to test your sample recording so that you know exactly what package you need to order in order to ensure your book passes ACX QA.
How quickly can you master my book?
Most of my projects are finished in less than 24 hours. If your book is especially long, or if you've ordered the premium package, it can take a bit longer.
Can you upload to ACX for me?
Unfortunately I can't upload to ACX for you but I'm happy to assist in anyway that I can to ensure your book get's uploaded.
Can you remove mistakes, noises, etc?
Yes, I'd love to help you remove any mistakes or noises you hear in your files. This service is only included in my premium package and any mistake or noise you want removed, would need to be in a list of timestamps for me to be able to find.
