Base pricing includes normal locations and sets like coffee shop, office, home, basic cars, and other normal areas, seen in the videos we’ve produced. If you need a specific location or night filming, it would be an additional fee. Learn more here - https://thinkenvy.com/locations

Unfortunately, since we have tight deadlines, our policy is that we don't allow clients on set or in videos. We use trained actors and crew for each of our videos, to keep things moving fast, and cannot afford to have clients there since it slows down production.

We reserve the right to publish the video we make online on our Youtube channel, Facebook page, etc. as a work sample only. By ordering, you agree to this. However, if we publish the video and you would like it taken down, please just let us know and we will take it down as soon as we can.

We can only work with what you give us. If you only have dialogue for the script and you don't give us, or have, any direction, location, actors, etc., we will use our creative license to make the best video we can that we think fits your script. Otherwise, please include some sort of directions.

Our pricing starts at 30-seconds. If you need a video that is shorter than 30-seconds, we would still need to charge you the base 30-seconds video pricing. If you would like a shorter video, with the scriptwriting included, please look at our "square video" gig.

We offer full production of videos. We don't provide raw video footage, project files, or separate video/audio files. We do all the post-production too. We do archive all our projects, so if you ever need a quick fix or quick edit, later on, we should be able to do that for you free of charge.

We deliver videos in full HD, 1080p MP4 files since this is the best format for uploading online. We shoot videos in landscape (horizontal). Additional orientations like vertical or square are an additional cost per orientation. And, if you need a 4K video, we charge an additional cost.
