What comes with the video?
Delivered videos are full HD 1080p, MP4 files. We put music in the background. If you don't want the music, let us know. We'll choose the best tabletop, actor, and outfit to go with your product. Pricing starts at 30-seconds, even if it is shorter. Learn more here - http://thinkenvy.com/wiki
Why is the delivery time so long?
Quality takes time. We guarantee to deliver your video by the delivery date. We try to deliver it sooner, but because we schedule actors and sometimes there are conflicts, we can only guarantee it by the delivery date.
What about the copyright and usage?
You're not buying the copyright, but the production and limited-usage license. Meaning: you can post it online. If you want it on TV, Film, Radio, you'll need an extended-usage license from us. By ordering, you agree to this. Learn more here - https://thinkenvy.com/copyright
Can I choose a different actor?

What are the revision terms?
We offer 1 free round of revisions. When you place your order, you will be agreeing to our revision terms. Learn more here - https://thinkenvy.com/revs
What do you do with the video after it's done?
We reserve the right to publish the video online on our Youtube channel, Facebook page, etc. as a work sample only. By ordering, you agree to this. However, if we publish the video and you would like it taken down, please just let us know and we will take it down. We do not post it on Amazon.
Can I be on set during the shoot or can I be in the video?
Our policy is that we don't allow clients on set or in videos. We use trained actors for our videos to keep things moving fast and cannot afford to have clients there since it slows everything down.
Can I get the footage or project files?
We offer full production of videos. We don't provide raw video footage, project files, or separate video/audio files. We do all the post-production too. We do archive all our projects, so if you ever need a quick fix or quick edit, later on, we should be able to do that for you free of charge.
