My Portfolio
FAQ
What if my issue takes longer than 2 hours?
It’s important to contact me first so I can review the issue and provide an accurate quote. If the work requires more than 2 hours, I’ll let you know upfront and offer a clear custom solution.
What if the issue requires more time than initially thought?
I’m generally very accurate with my initial estimates, but if an issue turns out to need more time, I’ll let you know right away. For larger tasks, I’ll usually offer a clear set price rather than hourly so you know exactly what to expect.
Can you build a website for me at an hourly rate?
No, I don’t build full websites at an hourly rate. For complete web design projects, please see my set price gigs for Wix website design, redesign, ecommerce, or Wix Studio. These packages are tailored to different needs and give you clear, upfront pricing.
Do you offer monthly maintenance packages?
Yes I do and I would urge you to get in contact to discuss your needs. I understand that a set maintenance package will not suit every business, which is why I provide tailored monthly maintenance packages that are suited to the needs of your business.
Can you provide SEO assistance?
Yes I can. Please get in contact to discuss.
Can you help with both Wix Editor and Wix Studio?
Yes, I’m experienced in both and also certified in Wix Studio. I’ll adapt my support to whichever platform your site is built on.
Why should I contact you before ordering?
Every issue is different. Contacting me first allows me to review your needs, estimate the time required, and confirm if it fits within this gig or needs a custom offer.
